Crock pot Potato & Corn Chowder

This warm soup is perfect to throw into the crock pot before work and come home to on a chilly evening. It is  not only a thrifty dinner, it is made with simple ingredients that don't require much prep work at all, so you can literally throw it together just before walking out the door! (It's practically a dump soup, because you can dump the ingredients in the crock pot, turn it on low and dash out the door!) I found my inspiration for this recipe from my trusty church cookbook, but also found the same  recipe at the thrifty groove blog, which I have come to enjoy, so wanted to give them a shout out!

Jan's tip: It is great as is, but you can play around with it too! I put some suggested add-in's in the ingredient list for you to think about!

1 (16 oz) bag frozen diced hash brown potatoes
1 (15 oz) can white corn drained
1 (15 oz ) can creamed corn
