2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies
Ok, 3 ingredients, (I insist you use chocolate chips also!) This is the perfect "go-to" recipe when you need to bring a treat at the last minute to a pot luck or school or anytime!
Jan's Tip: Grab the ingredients for these cookies the next time you go shopping. I promise some time between now and the end of the year, you'll find a reason to make them.
2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients:
1 box spice cake mix
1 15 oz. can pumpkin (NOT PUMPKIN PIE MIX!)
Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 can cream cheese frosting
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease baking pans or line with parchment paper.
In mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients.
Drop by tablespoons onto lightly greased baking sheet. (or try my speedy bag trick)
Bake 10-12 minutes.
I like to give them a small "kiss" of cream cheese frosting to top them off, but it is optional.
