Avocado Ranch Dressing #DairyMonth

Avocado Ranch Dressing is one of the tastiest, creamiest, most flavorful dressings for your summer salads, and is so easy to make yourself! With just a few fresh ingredients we can whip up a batch that will wow your guests and have them asking for the recipe!

June is #DairyMonth, and bloggers are celebrating by sharing great dairy recipes all week long.
So check the bottom of the post for lots of great recipes!

I love that you can pronounce all the ingredients and control the sugar, and preservatives and additives in this dressing, yet it only takes a minute or two to mix together!
Avocado Ranch Dressing Recipe

Jan's Tip: Don't have Buttermilk?: I know some of you will use the old vinegar in the milk trick to sour your milk.. but I keep powdered, buttermilk on hand in my pantry and mix it up as needed. I use it for dressings, or to mix into pancakes, biscuits, cakes, and more. The shelf life of  this littel container is really long, so go ahead, next time your in the powdered milk section of your store, grab one and take it home!  Use it in your home made ranch dressings, baking and meals!

Avocado Salsa Ranch: Now.. for  a  " zippy" twist on this dressing you could turn it into Avocado Salsa  Ranch D
ressing by substituting the salsa instead of the vinegar in the recipe, and increase it to 1/2 cup (or to taste). This will make it less "creamy" and more "zippy and tomato-y but is a fantastic dressing as well!

Lets get this dressing going, I have a Chicken, Black Bean, and Mango  Salad waiting!
