Country Fried Apples served along side biscuits and gravy

I love to cook mine up to serve along side my old fashioned country sausage gravy over biscuits. They just go together, the salty, savory gravy along side the sweet apples. So comforting, and no complaints from the family when it lands on the table. and in individual cast iron skillets? (yes, I have enough of those little things).. It just makes the experience, so... Memorable!
