This easy upside skillet pancake, is the perfect thing to serve for Breakfast or Brunch!
My husband saw a recipe for this scrumptious Apple upside down pancake somewhere on you tube and decided to surprise me with it, on an evening I wasn't feeling very well.
It was light, fluffy, and just right in sweetness level. The "cake" is from pancake batter, so isn't overly sweet. The skillet fried apples add the perfect balance to the light , fluffy, and moist pancake. He did use a "cinnamon roll" complete pancake mix , but any kind will do fine!
I would love to have has taken a photo of the whole skillet cake, but he cut and served it to me , before I even knew he had made it!, so real life, unstaged photos here!
