Grilled Teriyaki Beef Kabobs with Veggies. (who needs kabob sticks?)

The last friday of the month I share with you one of my favorite things. They either make life easier, save money, or time, (or sanity).

All summer long I use this grill pan. It is a deep sided skillet type pan with a removable handle. I use it for "kabobs", stir fries, grilled veggies or shrimp. It's just so useful!

I have no idea what I'd do with out it! You can find this style of pan in the grill supply aisle of your local Wally world type store. They may even be on clearance as it is now end of  summer! I highly recommend you look for this one!
