Turkey Pecan Cranberry Sliders are all the flavors of you love about fall wrapped up in a party size bite! These will become your popular go to take along sliders!
ingredients:
- 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 1 package of sliced turkey deli meat or 2 cups of diced leftover turkey meat
- 1/4 cup Millican brand pecans
- 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce warmed
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoon everything bagel seasoning (or minced onion)

How to cook Turkey Pecan Cranberry Sliders
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cover 9x13 baking pan with foil (enough to wrap back over rolls and seal)
- Spray foil with non stick cooking spray.
- Remove rolls from package but leave connected together.
- Cut rolls in half lengthwise/ cross wise so you have one slab of tops all connected together. Remove the slab of tops and set aside.
- Place bottom slab of rolls in foil lined pan.
- In an oven proof skillet or small baking sheet, spread pecans evenly and toast for 3=4 minutes while doing next step.
- Layer with 5-6 slices of turkey.
- Repeat with another 5-6 slices of turkey.
- Remove pecans from oven and sprinkle evenly on top of turkey slices.
- Layer with Mozzarella Cheese slices
- Repeat with Swiss Cheese slices.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the cheese layer.
- Place the slab of tops from the rolls, on top of the sandwiches.
- In a Microwave safe container: microwave butter till melted.
- Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and everything bagel seasoning (or minced onion) and blend well.
- Pour evenly over the rolls.
- Wrap the foil over the rolls and let rolls sit 5 minutes.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes.
- Unwrap rolls and bake another 5-8 minutes till hot and bubbly.
- With knife slice through and separate rolls, serve warm.
